Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every repair request placed with 9V Cable Doctor Chris.

1. Order and payment. You pay after we have repaired and shipped your cables (or when you pick them up), by bank transfer or payment link. Prices include return shipping as shown in your request.

2. Sending. You send your cables at your own risk until they arrive at our workshop. Always add your order number. Cables without an order number are kept for 3 months.

3. Repair. We replace the wire and reuse your original connectors. If a cable cannot be repaired, we refund the repair price of that cable.

4. Warranty. 6 months on the repair, under normal use. Damage from misuse, pulling or cutting is not covered.

5. Cancellation. You can cancel free of charge until your cables have arrived. After that, the repair has started.

6. Return shipping. Shipped with DHL or PostNL with tracking. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by the carrier; claims are limited to the carrier's compensation scheme. Outside the EU, import duties and customs fees are paid by the recipient. See "Shipping & liability" for details.
