Return shipping outside the EU: we confirm the cost (DHL Express) before you pay.
- Sending your cables to us is at your own risk until they arrive at our workshop. Pack them well and keep your proof of postage.
- Always include your order number. We cannot be held responsible for cables that arrive without one.
- Return shipping is handled by DHL or PostNL with track & trace. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by the carrier; any claim is limited to the carrier's compensation scheme. For valuable cables, choose insured return shipping.
- Make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipping is charged at cost.
- Outside the EU, import duties, VAT and customs handling fees are paid by the recipient.
