Yes. We reuse your original connector plates and replace only the wire.
›When do I pay?
Only after we have repaired and shipped your cables. You then receive a payment link or our bank details by email.

Usually within a week after your cables arrive.
›How do I send my cables?
Coil them loosely, put them in a padded envelope and add a note with your order number.
›What if a cable can't be repaired?
We let you know and refund that cable.
›Who is responsible during shipping?
Sending cables to us is at your own risk. For the return trip we use DHL or PostNL with track & trace; carrier issues fall under the carrier's conditions. Choose insured return shipping for valuable cables.
