9V Cable Doctor Chris only uses your personal data to handle your repair: name, address, email and phone (optional).

We share your address only with the carrier (PostNL/DHL) and, once online payments are enabled, with our payment provider.

Your name, address, email and phone number are deleted 2 months after your cables have been shipped back and paid for. Only the order number and amounts are kept for our accounts.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by email.
